1. In the event of a cancellation within ten business days prior to the scheduled event, a deposit of 25% will be taken and the remaining 75% refunded. If the ticket/table is canceled 5 working days or less prior to the event there is no refund.  
. *In the event the UK Government should mandate a lockdown forcing Long Lunch/ Smith & Wollensky to close and the event falls within seven business days prior to the scheduled event the event will be rescheduled.

2. Guests will receive a bill at the conclusion of the event, which will reflect any extra food & beverage items consumed, 12.5% service charge & any other agreed upon items.
